What is offered?

A 3 part workshop (3 hours in total) to help you:

  • Understand how to effectively change the tone of your pelvic floor

  • Insight into how the pelvic floor is part of a bigger picture (= core strength!); how does it connect to other muscles but also, other parts of your body?

  • Insight into why you need your pelvic floor not only to be strong... it being resilient and flexible are just as important!

  • How to look after the female pelvic floor as you go through different stages of life?

  • Exercises to help you challenge and strengthen individual muscles

Who is this workshop for?

For any woman who is thinking of getting pregnant, is pregnant, has been pregnant...

Any woman who is experiencing pre-menopause, is going through menopause or is in the post-menopausal phase of her life...

Or, if you said 'YES' to any of the questions on the previous page!

An introduction ?

No problem! I run a 40 minute taster session and it is FREE!

Will I waste your time and only get to the punch line in the last few minutes? Nope!

This session is packed with useful information and will help you to start getting some understanding of how amazing our pelvic floor is. And I will show you some of the 'life hacks' that I use myself and have helped me throughout my life.

And if you like to know more... then come and join me for three part workshop.

I will teach you how you can recruit the different muscles of your pelvic floor  efficiently and effectively through little 'life hacks', basic exercises as well as more challenging movements. And how to get the most out of your (existing) exercise regime!

There is no need or pressure to join any of the 3 part workshop. The taster session is designed to stand perfectly on it's own!

This gives you a chance to find out if you would like to work with me again.

As I don't like to waste other people's time, I equally appreciate you feeling the same when signing up.

So... what are you waiting for?
