For any woman who is thinking of getting pregnant, is pregnant, has been pregnant...
Any woman who is experiencing pre-menopause, is going through menopause or is in the post-menopausal phase of her life...

How much is charged?
Nothing! It is free!
Will I waste your time and only get to the punch line in the last few minutes? Nope!
The workshop is jam-packed with useful information and will empower you to care for your pelvic floor for the rest of your life!
But, if you're hungry for more... then there are two additional parts to this workshop. Joining one (or both) will teach you how you can recruit your pelvic floor muscles efficiently and effectively through basic exercises/movement and how to get the most out of your (existing) exercise regime.
There is no need or pressure to join any of the follow-up sessions. The first workshop is designed to stand perfectly on it's own!
